Merry Christmas everyone! Happy Birthday Jesus!
We aren't doing the names of Jesus (yet!) but isn't the name Jesus the most beautiful of all?
To choose to lay aside the power and majesty of being God (although He never ceased being God) and to take on the most lowly form to be our Saviour! We can say it so often, that sometimes we get so familiar with the concept without stopping and really thinking about it. How awe-inspiring, humbling, mind blowing it all is.
Really stop and think today not just on what the real meaning of Christmas is, but what it cost Jesus.
